For sole traders running Shopify shops from a phone
Most of the laptop work, done from your phone
Floorwalker watches your Shopify shops, suppliers, calls and chats while you're out. It does the routine work and brings you the few decisions that need you, ready to approve with a tap.
Being built now, for Australian shops on iPhone and iPad.

Twelve desk jobs now work from your phone
The Shopify app handles a single order, refund or discount fine. Bulk edits over 25 items, purchase orders (Stocky shut down on 31 August 2026) and every other app's admin still send you back to a desk.
- 01
Supplier price lists
Emailed spreadsheets and PDFs match to every SKU as they arrive, flagging cost changes with your margin before and after.
- 02
Purchase orders
Purchase orders are drafted to each supplier's lead time, so a reorder is a check and a tap.
- 03
Receiving deliveries
Scan deliveries in on your phone, and Floorwalker drafts a note to chase the supplier on any short items.
- 04
Quotes and packages
A quote desk shows each open quote, its age, and stock and arrival dates for every item. The follow-up is drafted.
- 05
Bulk edits past 25 items
The app stops at 25 items. Floorwalker builds one price plan across your whole catalogue for a single approval.
- 06
Reports beyond today's numbers
Ask in plain words, e.g. 'How did EOFY go against last year?', and get the answer on your phone.
- 07
Klaviyo campaigns and flows
Campaigns are drafted for you to approve. If a Klaviyo flow breaks, Floorwalker pauses it and tells you.
- 08
Customer review queues
Good reviews are answered in your voice under a rule you set; bad ones get a drafted reply and fix.
- 09
Afterpay, Zip and payment disputes
Floorwalker gathers the order and delivery evidence for each dispute and tracks the deadline.
- 10
Xero reconciliation for BAS
Sales and refunds are reconciled in Xero, ready for your bookkeeper at BAS time.
- 11
Checking supplier portals
Floorwalker's own browser checks supplier portals. You type any password into a masked box and can take over at any point.
- 12
Scattered email alerts
One ranked list replaces the emails about quotes, low stock, disputes and payouts. 'Needs you' comes first, 'Can wait' after.

You know who's calling and what's in stock before you answer
Your shop's number rings your mobile and Floorwalker recognises the caller. Their history and your stock are open before you say hello.
- See what they're browsing right now, what's in their cart, past purchases and any open quote before you pick up.
- Check their address against past deliveries, see delivery time to their postcode, and view stock across your shops and suppliers.
- Route calls by time of day, e.g. weekdays 8am to 6pm to your mobile and evenings to transcribed voicemail, with 'press 2' for your installer.
- When you're driving, callers get a text back: 'Driving, I'll call you within the hour'.
- If you record calls, callers hear 'This call may be recorded' first, because the rules differ between states. Each call is transcribed and the follow-up drafted.
- Website chat, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, text and email share one inbox, with products picked from what the customer said, including what a supplier has and when it arrives.
Note: browsing history only exists for shoppers who are signed in or arrived from one of your emails; anonymous visitors can't be matched to a caller.
How calls and chat workIt works through your day and goes quiet at night
You're out most of the day. Quiet hours hold routine alerts back while you're driving, on a call or done for the night.
7am
Morning brief and dealer check
Read a two-minute brief while your plain-English routine checks 5 dealers' prices on your top 40 products.
9:30am
Supplier price list arrives
An emailed supplier PDF lands; Floorwalker matches every SKU and flags cost changes with your margin before and after.
11:30am
Split-screen call on iPhone Duo
A customer rings. On an iPhone Duo their history sits on one half of the screen, and supplier stock and delivery to their postcode on the other.
2pm
Quiet while you're driving
Routine alerts wait, callers get 'Driving, I'll call you within the hour' by text, and only outages or payment disputes break through.
4:30pm
A tap on your watch
Approve a single-customer review reply from your Apple Watch, then get a live alert as a shopper's cart passes $5,000.
9pm
Quiet hours and overnight learning
Quiet until 7am except for disputes and outages. Overnight it suggests what it should remember, and you approve what it keeps.
Your supplier prices and stock sit beside your Shopify catalogue
Shopify only knows what's in your own store. Floorwalker reads your suppliers' spreadsheets, PDFs and portals, so you can check lead times, keep your margin and receive stock from your phone.
- A cost change shows what it does to your margin on every product it touches, and on any open quote that includes one of them.
- When stock will run out before the next delivery, a purchase order sized to that supplier's lead time is drafted for you.
- A rebate claim due in 14 days comes with the sales evidence already collected, so the claim isn't a night at the laptop.
- A supplier promotion becomes one price plan you approve once, checked against your cost and against a real 'was' price history before anything is advertised.

You decide how Floorwalker handles each of the 50

Multiple Shopify shops stay in step from one list
Every task lands in one ranked list tagged with its shop, and every message arrives in one shared inbox. Floorwalker keeps shared stock in step so neither store oversells, and flags whenever the same product is priced two ways.
Money and price changes always wait for you
Four things always need your tap
Prices, campaigns, refunds and stock purchases always come to you for approval, whatever mode you've chosen.
Standing rules have caps and undo
After you approve the same task 3 times unchanged, it offers a rule with a daily cap, end date and done log. 'Ask me about everything' turns them all off.
Supplier files are data, never instructions
Hidden instructions inside supplier emails or PDFs are ignored and shown to you. An outbound check takes customer addresses out of notes to suppliers.
Visible daily spend and scoped helpers
A usage meter shows today's spend against your cap, and helpers like your bookkeeper, installer or freelancer see only their part.
Floorwalker covers the supplier and call work Sidekick doesn't see
Shopify's own assistant, Sidekick, already makes suggestions about your store. Floorwalker works alongside it and brings in what Shopify doesn't hold: your suppliers' price lists, stock and portals, your calls and chats, and other shops' prices.
On the phone in your pocket, and the iPad at the counter

Questions
How much will Floorwalker cost?
We haven't set a price yet. In the app, a usage meter shows what Floorwalker has spent today against a daily cap you set.
Will Floorwalker run on Android?
We haven't decided on Android support yet. Right now we're building for iPhone, iPhone Duo and iPad, with approvals by Apple Watch or text message for single-customer tasks like review replies.
How many Shopify shops can I connect?
You can run one shop or several. All your stores feed into one ranked task list and one chat inbox, with each item tagged by shop. Shared stock stays in step so neither shop oversells, and Floorwalker flags if the same item is priced two ways.
What can Floorwalker do without asking me first?
Only what's set to Do it, and only inside the limits you set. 13 of the 50 checks start as Do it, e.g. answering 'Where's my order?' from live tracking, and you can switch any of them to Draft or Off. Prices, campaigns, refunds and stock purchases always come to you.
How do calls and call recording work in Australia?
Your shop number rings your mobile and routes by hour, e.g. weekdays 8am to 6pm to you and evenings to transcribed voicemail. Because recording rules differ across Australian states, recorded calls play 'This call may be recorded' first, then file a transcript and drafted follow-up.
How are my supplier passwords and customer data protected?
When a supplier portal asks for a login, you type the password into a masked box and it goes straight to the portal. An outbound check takes private details like customer addresses out of notes to suppliers, and supplier emails and PDFs are never read as instructions.
When can I start using Floorwalker?
We haven't set a launch date, and Floorwalker is a working name. We're building for Australian shops first: AusPost, Afterpay, Zip, Xero, BAS and Australian pricing law. Join early access and we'll email you when testing opens.
Running a shop shouldn't tie you to a desk
Floorwalker watches your shops, suppliers and calls, and has the routine work drafted on your phone before it ever needs a laptop.
